Fish Tacos

Ingredients

Tacos

  • 1 tortilla we used flour
  • ½ fillet tilapia cooked
  • ½ cup roasted vegetables any kind
  • avocado sliced

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the fish in an oiled pan over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
  • Arrange your cooked fish, roasted vegetables, avocado and sauce onto your tortilla.
  • Roll up and enjoy!
