Balsamic Chicken w/ Veggies

Ingredients

  • cup peppers diced
  • cup onions diced
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chicken diced

Instructions

  • Toss the peppers, onions, chicken, zucchini, squash and chicken into a frying pan with olive oil on medium high heat, stirring consistently.
  • Stir in the balsamic and let it cook into the ingredients.
  • Remove from heat once mixture is at your desired temperature and top with salt and pepper! Enjoy :)
